Your Brother’s Keeper

May 24, 2021

“Write, and I will tell thee what thou shalt speak to My churches: Where were you when I called to you and no one answered? Shall any hide himself in the secret place and shall I not see him? I saw what you did to the poor and innocent. I gave him life and you pretended that he did not exist. Therefore will I do to you after your ways, and will not hear your cry when you call for Me. Where were you, your brother’s keeper? He cried to you and you forsook him! You turned a deaf ear to him, and so will I do to you. He suffered in the cold, being hungry and naked, while you feasted in your house. Shall I not repay such a nation as this? You squandered away your lives, saying, ‘We will help the poor when we have time.’, and now your time is out. How this grieves Me, that I must punish you with the wicked, you who say you are Mine but you are not. Your fruits bear witness of you, that you have not chosen Me. I waited long for this people and they turned not. Therefore will I whet My sword and chase them until they be no more. What you have sown you will now reap. Those who have sown in righteousness will reap in mercy, and those that have sown wickedness will reap in damnation. Go in peace, My daughter, and spare not to share the words which thou hast heard. Over and out.”
